ADULT PROGRAMS

OVERVIEW

This program is open to all adult swimmers, from beginners to competitive swimmers, who are dedicated to improving their fitness and strength. In an atmosphere that promotes physical fitness, personal challenge, teamwork and social camaraderie, Swimming Endurance serves the needs of swimmers of all ages and at all levels with different workouts provided by a professional coach.

1 . Morning Groups.

More than 10 years of training and persistence show that training is not just for a specific event or competition. Staying active and healthy in a fun environment, under the direction of a certified coach, is our goal and characterizes us as a solid group.

During each session We will be practice drills, skill development, routines and specific sets.

COMPETITIVE SWIMMERS  7:30a.m (Tuesday & Thursday )

ENDURANCE  8:45a.m (Monday to Thursday )  

Location: KBCC pool (10 Village Green Way, Key Biscayne, FL 33149)

Required Equipment: Swim Cap, Swim googles, Water Bottle, fins, kick board, pull buoy and paddles.

KBCC Members Fee:

  • 4x/week: $260 per session(4 weeks) No pro-rated

  • 2x/week $172 per session (4 weeks)

KBCC Non Members Fee:

  • 4x/week: $312 per session(4 weeks) No pro-rated

  • 2x/week: $206 per session(4 weeks)

2. NIGHT GROUP (Tuesday & Thursday )    7:00p.m

After several years providing our services to help the improvement and well-being of the community, and given the high demand, we have expanded our services.

We have a new training facility, exclusively located in an easily accessible place, conditions in which we will be able to develop the potential of each athlete.

Focused on technical swim skills, aerobic base and speed. Remember, Getting faster in the pool takes time, patience and consistency!

We practices 2 times a week.

If you can't strictly commit, we also have a 10 class package option that you can use over the course of 2 months(sessions).
