Tri4Kidz is a triathlon team for youth ages 6 to 18 years of age. You do not have to be a seasoned athlete to enjoy this, simply meet the most important requirement which is to be motivated. In Tri4Kidz Youth Team, our goal is safety, fun and fundamentals of teamwork.
1. GENERAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Triathlete's age, interest, schedule, and level of commitment to themselves and their families come into play to determine in which team they will be assigned. You must be able to swim 25 yards freestyle, have confidence riding a bike without training wheels, and run for 10 minutes straight. These athletic prerequisites guarantee the safety and enjoyment of our athletes and coaches.
2. RECREATIONAL TEAM
In this entry level group, regardless of the level of each athlete, everyone will have the opportunity to learn triathlon skills, such as bike handling, run technique, transitions and swimming skills.
The practices will be 3 or 4 times per week according to previous evaluation of the trainers and the age of the athletes. Tri4Kidz (6-11 y/o) and Tri4Teenz (12-18 y/o).
4. CAMPS
We offer off season summer, winter and special camps for all levels of training and competition between 7 and 13 years old. Our Camps focuses on the fundamentals within triathlon's four disciplines: swimming, biking, running, and transition. We will feature simulate open water swim training in the pool, transition, bike mounting/dismounting drills, proper cycling form and safety, run technique practice, and stretching.
3. COMPETITIVE TEAM (Ages 12-18)
(Age 12-18) This program is for athletes with more experience and ambitions in racing at a competitive level. These athletes, still in the development stage, set the correct techniques for swimming, biking and running through a focus on building base, and speed to advance in the coming distances. These athletes should be focused on making Triathlon their main sport.
Triathletes will practice 4 times per week, and should commit to participate in at least three team designated races identified by the Head Coach.
You'll train with a group of young people who will become your friends and colleague’s achieving the same goals: improving your fitness and competing in triathlon at the best possible level.

5. ADULT PROGRAMS
This program is open to all adult swimmers, from beginners to competitive swimmers, who are dedicated to improving their fitness and strength. In an atmosphere that promotes physical fitness, personal challenge, teamwork and social camaraderie, Swimming Endurance serves the needs of swimmers of all ages and at all levels with different workouts provided by a professional coach.
